Overall objective: To contribute to strengthening the reproductive health of women in the cross-border area with the emphasis on vulnerable groups
Specific objective(s): To improve the quality of and access to reproductive health services and understanding of the importance of healthy lifestyles and prevention in protecting reproductive health among the population in the cross-border area with the emphasis on vulnerable groups
Estimated results: 1.1 Improved technical and personnel capacities of public health institutions in the cross-border region

1.2 Campaign of preventive examinations for women from urban and rural areas implemented

1.3 Population in the cross-border region with the emphasis on vulnerable groups  informed on the importance of healthy lifestyles and prevention in protecting their health

1.4 Improved cross-border cooperation in the field of reproductive health

Main activities

1.1.1 Organise trainings for medical staff on topics related to prevention, diagnosis and treatment of breast and cervical cancer

1.1.2 Procure new equipment and vehicles for public health institutions

1.1.3 Organise trainings for medical staff on usage of new equipment

1.2.1 Prepare the Campaign of preventive examinations for women from urban and rural areas

1.2.2 Organise round tables with stakeholders for the organisation and promotion of the Campaign

1.2.3 Organise the Campaign of preventive examinations for women from urban and rural areas

1.3.1 Conduct Surveys on knowledge and habits related to reproductive health

1.3.2 Develop, print and distribute brochures on the importance of healthy lifestyles and preventive breast and cervix examinations

1.3.3 Organise media campaign (Press conferences, TV and radio shows and features, TV spot, newspaper articles and website texts)

1.3.4 Organise lectures for women and youth on reproductive health

1.3.5 Place billboards for reminding women on preventive examinations

1.3.6 Develop, print and distribute promotional items for raising the awareness on reproductive health

1.3.7 Organise events for promotion of reproductive health

1.4.1 Organise cross-border Conference on Improvement of Reproductive Health
