Under the Third Call for Proposals which was launched last year, 139 of project proposals were submitted and that represent significant interest of applicants to participate in the Programme. After the finalisation of the contracting process, grant contracts for 5 awarded projects are prepared and signed.
In order to mark this occasion, Joint Technical Secretariat of the Programme, in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Montenegro as well as the European Integration Office of the Republic of Serbia were organised a Grant Award Ceremony for the beneficiaries whose projects have been awarded under the Third Call for Proposals within the Cross-border Programme Serbia – Montenegro.Grant Award Ceremony was held on November 18, 2016 in Hotel Ramada in Podgorica.
At the opening of the Grant Award Ceremony, the participants and the guests were addressed by H.E. Aleksandar Andija Pejović, State Secretary for European Integration and National IPA Coordinator, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Montenegro, H.E. Aivo Orav, Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Montenegro, and Ms. Sanda Šimić, Assistant Director – Department for Cross-Border and Transnational Cooperation Programmes, European Integration Office, Government of Serbia.
