The two-day Implementation workshops for the awarded grant beneficiaries within the 3rd Call for Proposals were held in Kolašin (Montenegro) and in Zlatibor (Serbia)

Joint Technical Secretariat of the Cross-border Programme Serbia-Montenegro, supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration and the Delegation of the European Union to Montenegro, organized the first two-day workshop in Kolašin on 09-10 November 2016. The workshop was attended by the awarded grant beneficiaries within the 3rd Call for Proposals from Montenegro and representatives of the Delegation of the European Union to Montenegro.

The second two-day Implementation workshop was organized by the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Programme and supported by the Government of the Republic of Serbia – European Integration Office in Zlatibor on 28-29 November 2016. Beside the representatives of the grant beneficiaries from the Republic of Serbia this workshop was attended by the representatives of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia and of the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Serbia.

At workshops, both in Montenegro and in Serbia, the grant beneficiaries had the opportunity to be informed about the legal framework for the implementation of the CBC projects under IPA programmes 2007-2013 and to get instructions about financing and implementation of the projects funded by the EU, secondary procurement, reporting, auditing, and monitoring in order to prepare themselves for the implementation of projects awarded within the 3rd Call for Proposals.

We would like to thank to all grant beneficiaries participated the workshops for the devotion and enthusiasm, good questions asked and suggestions given. We also like to thank the representatives of the Delegations of European Union from both countries for the significant support, relevant explanations and good advices, provided during the workshops with aim to the success in implementing projects.
