Unofficial translation of the Application Form

 Pay attention that only version of the Application Form in English language is official and project proposals must be submitted on this form and in English language (with all required annexes), which is clearly defined in the  Guidelines for Grant Applicants . Using any other form for project proposal, or submitting the proposal in language other than English will lead to automatic rejection of the proposal.
