As part of the “Youth Startup” project, two startup camps were held in Sjenica – the first from July 25 to 28, and the second from July 26 to 29, 2025. The camps brought together 40 young entrepreneurs from Serbia and Montenegro, aged 18 to 30, with the goal of strengthening and encouraging their entrepreneurial spirit.

During intensive workshops, participants developed their business ideas through hands-on activities, mentorship, and teamwork. They gained new knowledge and skills, built a network of aspiring entrepreneurs, and received insight into available institutional support for startup initiatives.

The project is implemented by the Municipality of Pljevlja as the lead partner, in cooperation with the Municipality of Sjenica and NGO ADP-Zid. The project aims to increase youth employability and create a sustainable environment for the development of young entrepreneurs in the cross-border area.

The startup camps provided young people with tools, knowledge, and motivation to actively engage in entrepreneurship and turn their business ideas into reality.
