2: Support to overcoming skill gap in accessing labour market through capacity building programs for improving knowledge sills and competencies for unemployment youth in Sandzak cross-border area |

Estimated results: | O1 (SO1) Scaling – up service for boosting youth employability in Sandzak cross-border area based on best practice and sensitised to local needs
O2 (SO2) 50 young NEET women and men (25 per country) from Sandzak cross-border area trained in soft and digital skills that reflects labour market gaps O3 (SO2) Increased contacts and cooperation of 50 NEET youth from Sandzak cross-border region with 50 potential employers through Show case days and internship programs O4 (SO1) Improved peer knowledge and experience exchange in cross-border region O5 (SO1, SO2) Improved visibility of entire action and of the established Regional Training Academy through one (1) jointly prepared and implemented set of visibility actions |

Main activities

WP1 Regional Training Academy for youth employability in Sandzak cross-border region
1.1 Youth Employability Scoping study – NEET youth in cross-border Sandzak region 1.2 Establishment of Regional Training Academy addressing the needs of NEET youth and current labour market 1.3 Evaluation of the service and creating recommendation for future implementation and sustainability
WP2 Providing tailoring services to young people’s needs 2.1 Informing and outreaching NEET youth from rural areas with tailor-made youth work methodology 2.2 Selection of young people for participating in the Regional Training Academy (RTA) course 2.3 Implementation of RTA course respecting one-stop-shop methodology: 1) Soft skills; 2) Digital skills
WP3 Merging NEET youth with employer’s 3.1 Networking with employers from cross-border region who will be merged with program beneficiaries 3.2 Conducting 2 national Show case days (1 in each country), with aim to connect youth with gained competences and employers from ICT and other business sector 3.3 Conducting internship program for 10 vulnerable youth from targeted municipalities with aim to support new business and employment opportunities
