| Target groups: | • Healthcare professionals of General Hospital Pljevlja and Kraljevo Health Centre (at least 15): medical doctors (radiologists, cardiologists, general practitioners), nurses and midwives in diagnostic departments, radiology technicians and laboratory technicians;
• Institutional target group (at least 4 management staff): hospital directors and administrators of both institutions, department heads and clinical supervisors; • Community target group (at least 500 persons): elderly persons (65+) from urban and rural areas; women of reproductive age (18–50) with limited health literacy; Roma communities in the municipalities of Pljevlja and Kraljevo; residents of remote and rural areas with limited access to healthcare; • Final beneficiaries: residents of the City of Kraljevo and the Municipality of Pljevlja, in particular persons with limited access to preventive healthcare services. |

| Overall objective: | To contribute to improving the quality and accessibility of public health services in the cross-border area of Kraljevo and Pljevlja by strengthening early diagnostics and disease prevention systems, with a particular focus on marginalised and vulnerable population groups. | |
| Specific objective(s): | SO 1: To strengthen the professional and technical capacities of healthcare professionals in Kraljevo and Pljevlja for effective early diagnostics of life-threatening conditions through the procurement of modern medical equipment, targeted training and cross-border exchange of experience.
SO 2: To improve awareness and knowledge of local communities, particularly marginalised population groups, on early diagnostics and prevention of diseases of reproductive organs and cardiovascular diseases. |
