Estimated results: | R1: Increased employment opportunities and mobility in the sector of spa and health tourism of Vrnjačka Banja and Žabljak for (100 persons within 10 health and spa resorts)
R2: Increased employability across the chain of high added value food production and processing for 5* health and spa resorts in Vrnjačka Banja and Žabljak (50 persons in 20 organic, tradition technologies and geographic origin food producing husbandries and SMEs and 30 others across the value chain) |

Main activities
(in relation to the estimated results of the action): |
WP1: Mapping the resources across the 5* health and spa tourism chain in the region for employment creation (studies on resources);
WP2: Awareness raising on 5* spa & health tourism chain employment opportunities (campaigns, events, media, social networks, print…); WP3: Support to education of young members of vulnerable groups from the rural areas for 5* spa & health resorts (schools and internships…); WP4: Support to the most promising non-profit organizations across the spa & health tourism chain in Vrnjačka Banja and Žabljak (schools, associations, institutes equipment); WP5: Education of employers how to define and promote their requirements for employees’ knowledges, skills and competences and how to organize internships of the youths; WP6: Project management, information and promotion, visibility and reporting. |
