Overall objective: Establishing technical and organizational preconditions to secure environmental management capacity of PUCs in Polimlje to protect Lim River valley form waste pollution.
Specific objective(s): SO1 Providing technical capacities for management of waste in Polimlje

SO2 Providing improved BEE (Business Enabling Environment and PEE (Partnership Enabling Environment) for protection of Polimlje from waste pollution.

O 1.2 Provided catamaran for collecting floating waste on Potpeć lake

O.1.3 Provided collecting truck for Bijelo Polje PUC “Komunalno-Lim”

O.1.4 Provided electronic balance for measuring waste for “Komunalno-Lim”

O.1.5 Provided and installed barriers with video monitoring for catching floating waste on Lim River

O.1.6 Provided hand tools for catching floating waste (nets, hooks, landing nets (meredov))

O.2.1 Provided studies about waste generation on Polimlje (Bijelo Polje, Priboj) and how manage it with actual technology

O.2.2 Provided 10 project proposals (“feasibility studies”) for improving and development new and better protection management in Polimlje in near future for investors and donors

O.2.3 Raised awareness about waste management by targeted promotional campaign

O.2.4 Produced and used promotional material for targeted focused stakeholders and general public in CBC area

O.2.5 Raised knowledge, skills and experience of directly involved stakeholders.

 A.1.0 establishing joint Working group from partners’ representatives to lead procurement processes for providing technical devices in accordance with contracted project frame (detailed specifications, resources, especially financial, procurement rules).

A.2.0 Forming joint Working group for providing and monitor activities where service will be prevalent procurement

A.2.1 Providing studies about waste generation on Polimlje (Bijelo Polje, Priboj) and how manage it with actual technology.

A.2.2.1. Gathering 15 focused training participants from Polimlje ready to participate on 6-months training.

A.2.2.2 Elaboration of course curriculum.

A.2.2.3 Organization of joint training for waste management in Polimlje

A.2.2.4 Lead training participants to produce 10 project proposals (“feasibility studies”) for improving and development new and better waste management in Polimlje in near future for investors and donors
