Joint Technical Secretariat, supported by the Serbian European Integration Office, Montenegrin Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, and with the Delegation of the European Union in the Republic of Serbia, organised a two-day Info Workshop “Preparation of project proposals for the Cross-border Programme Serbia-Montenegro” in Bajina Bašta on 14 and 15 May 2010 and in Čačak on 16 and 17 May.
The workshops were attended by 110 representatives of the Local municipalities, NGOs, Educational institutions, Development agencies and other institutions from Serbia.
The potential applicants had the opportunity to hear the basic facts about the Cross-border Programme Serbia-Montenegro, with the instructions for making a logical framework matrix with an emphasis on how to complete Application Form.They also had to opportunity to hear about the rules of public procurement procedures, advises for financial management and good budget formulation, as well as rules for project monitoring and reporting.
We would like to thank to all participants of Bajina Bašta and Čačak workshop and wish great success in preparing project proposals for the upcoming third Call for proposals.
