Joint Technical Secretariat, supported by the Montenegrin Ministry for Foreign Affairs and European Integration, and Serbian European Integration Office, organized a two-day work-shop „Preparation of project proposals for the Cross-border Programme Serbia – Montenegro” in Andrijevica, on 10th and 11st March 2011.

The workshop was attended by 48 participants, representatives of local authorities, schools, NGOs, cultural organizations, international organizations, public institutions and others who had the opportunity to hear basic facts about the Cross-border Programme Serbia – Montenegro, instructions for making a logical framework matrix with an emphasis on how to complete Application Form, rules for public procurement procedures, advises for financial management and good budget formulation, as well as rules for project monitoring and reporting.

We would like to thank to all participants of Andrijevica workshop for the devotion and enthusiasm, good questions asked and suggestions given and wish great success in preparing project proposals for the upcoming second call for proposals which should be launched in the mid of the next month.
