With the aim to support the process of preparing project proposals for the second Call for Proposals, the JTS with the support of the Cross-Border Institution Building (CBIB) expert organized consultations for all applicants whose project proposals were not proposed for funding under the First Call. Consultations (project clinics) were held in the premises of the JTS/Antenna, Sports Centre Nikoljac 84000 Bijelo Polje, Montenegro, 18th and 19th January 2011..
A total of 40 representatives of institutions which have applied with& 20 project proposals within first CfP used the opportunity to ask questions about their project proposals and get useful advice from the CBIB expert. The participants stressed that they have received very useful advice that will help them to improve the quality of their project proposals and all of them expressed the intention of to apply with these proposals within the second CfP which is showing that the main objective of the event was reached.
