04/18/2024 – As part of the project “gReen Eyes croSs bordEr rouTe (RESET)”, implemented by the Municipality of Nikšić in partnership with the Regional Tourism Organization of Sandžak and in cooperation with Tourism organization of Nikšić, the first training module was held as part of the “Development of a cross-border tourist destination” programme.
The topic of the first module was “Improving tourist destinations and tourism through innovation and digital transformation”.
Representatives of tourism organizations and business entities involved in tourism from the municipalities of Nikšić, Šavnik, Žabljak, Pljevlja, Prijepolje, Nova Varoš, Sjenica and Novi Pazar took part in the module.
The goal of the RESET project is aimed at increasing the tourist attractiveness of the programme area through the creation of a new tourist route between Nikšić and Novi Pazar and strengthening the capacities of tourist providers in the eight municipalities of the program area.
The total duration of the project is 24 months, while its value is 179,249.41 €.
