As part of the “Youth Start UP” project, implemented by the Municipality of Pljevlja as the lead partner, in cooperation with the Municipality of Sjenica from Serbia and the NGO ADP-Zid from Montenegro, orientation trainings for young entrepreneurs were held in Pljevlja from April 23 to 25, 2025, focusing on empowering young people and encouraging their participation in project activities.
The three-day orientation trainings for young entrepreneurs aimed to prepare interested participants to successfully complete the application form for the Start UP Camp, one of the key project activities that offers young people the opportunity to develop their business ideas, gain practical entrepreneurial knowledge, and take their first step toward starting their own business.
The trainings were led by Adisa Malagić, a professor of entrepreneurship with extensive experience working with youth. Through an interactive and motivational approach, participants were provided with essential information on how to develop and present their business ideas, along with detailed guidance on correctly filling out the application form for the Start UP Camp.
Participants expressed satisfaction with the organization, quality of information, and opportunities that the project offers to young people in the cross-border region.
The Municipality of Pljevlja and the Youth Start UP project team remain committed to supporting young people.
