The workshop was held in Novi Pazar on April 25-26, 2017. The workshop was attended by 66 potential applicants, representatives of various national and local institutions, development agencies, non-governmental organizations in the field of education, health, social protection and other areas relevant to the development of communities in cross-border area of Serbia and Montenegro.

Participants of the workshop had the opportunity to become familiar with the basic rules regarding the cross-border programme, creating a logical framework matrix in context of the cross-border cooperation and its connection with the application form, financial management, definition and expression of eligible costs in the standard budget form and with the project evaluation methodology.
