Struga, North Macedonia, 6–9 October 2025 – The 6th Regional IPA-IPA Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) Event was successfully organised in Struga, gathering representatives from JTSs and relevant institutions involved in IPA III Cross-Border Cooperation (CBC) programmes. The event was organised by CBIB+ (Cross-Border Institution Building) and focused on strengthening regional cooperation, sharing experiences, and enhancing programme management and communication capacities.

Over the course of three days, participants engaged in a series of interactive sessions, discussions, and group exercises.

The first day addressed practical aspects of day-to-day programme implementation. CBIB+ presented updates to the regional monitoring system (RMS), discussed common management challenges, explored the integration of artificial intelligence tools into JTS operations, and shared strategies for applicant support and project sustainability checks.

The second and third day, organised in cooperation with Interact, focused on improving communication practices under IPA III CBC programmes. Through hands-on training, participants enhanced their skills in communication planning, storytelling, visual content creation, and the use of AI tools for producing and refining content. The programme concluded with a group exercise where teams developed and presented full communication packages for showcasing project stories across digital channels.

The event was an engaging and productive regional exchange, reaffirming the importance of collaboration, innovation, and capacity building within the IPA CBC framework.
