Joint Technical Secretariat of the Cross-border Cooperation Programme Serbia – Montenegro in cooperation with regional TA project Cross-border Institution Building, supported by the Ministry for European Integration organized a three-day work-shop ”Implementation and secondary procurement under projects funded by the EU” in Bijelo Polje, on 28th November to 01st December 2010.
“The workshop was attended by the awarded grant beneficiaries within the 1st Call for Proposals, representatives of the Serbian European Integration Office, Ministry for European Integration , and representatives of the Delegation of the European Union in Montenegro. Beneficiaries had the opportunity to learn detailed information and instructions regarding financing and implementation of the projects funded by the EU, secondary procurement, reporting, auditing, and monitoring in order to prepare themselves for the implementation of projects awarded within the 1st Call for Proposals. We would like to thank to all participants of workshop in Bijelo Polje for the devotion and enthusiasm, good questions asked and suggestions given and wish great success in implementing projects.
