The 6th meeting of the Joint Monitoring Committee was held in Miločer on November 25, 2013 on the occasion of revision of the Programme Operational Document, and preparing of the documents related to the 3rd Call for Proposals within the Cross-border Programme Serbia – Montenegro under the Instrument for Pre – accession Assistance (IPA).
The meeting was attended by members of the Programme Joint Monitoring Committee, as well as the members of technical assistance projects to the Operating structures in Serbia and Montenegro.
Main Outputs of the meeting were:
– JMC members informed about the activities that JTS carried out in order to promote the Programme;
– JMC members informed about the status of 15 projects contracted within the 2nd CfP;
– Indicative Communication Plan for 2014 approved;
– Changes in the Programme Operational Document presented and adopted;
– Provisional timetable for the 3rd Call for agreed;
– Annual JTS Work Plan prepared by JTS presented, adopted by JMC members.
The meeting was organized by the Joint Technical Secretariat for the Cross-border cooperation Serbia – Montenegro with the support of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration and Serbian European Integration Office Government of the Republic of Serbia.
