In order to improve the tourist and gastronomic offer in the cross-border area of Prijepolje and Bijelo Polje, within the project ” Protection observatory for regional area of medicinal plants as lively cross-border infrastructure of sustainable tourism – PORALIST” created vegan, vegetarian and traditional menus based on medicinal plants. The menus will be a parth offer of local restaurants and households that provide catering services in rural tourism. Recipes and photos of the dishes are collected in the recipe book Divlji kuvar, prepared by the famous folk herbalist Momcilo Antonijevic.
