The two-day Implementation workshop for the awarded grant beneficiaries within the 1st Call for Proposals will be held on Zlatar Mountain, Nova Varoš municipality, Serbia.
Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia, Department for Contracting and Financing of EU Funded Programmes (CFCU), supported by the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Cross-border Programme Serbia-Montenegro 2014-2020 (JTS), will organize the two-day workshop on Zlatar Mountain in Nova Varoš, Serbia on April 17-18, 2019. The workshop will be organized for representatives of team members of the projects awarded within the 1st Call for Proposals.
Beside the CFCU and JTS representatives this workshop will be attended by the representatives of Programme Control body, i.e. the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro – Directorate for Finance and Contracting of the EU Assistance Funds and representatives of Programme Operating Structures, i.e. the Ministry of European Integration of the Republic of Serbia and the European Integration Office of Montenegro.
At workshop, the projects’ team members will have an opportunity to be informed about the legal framework for the implementation of the CBC projects under IPA programmes 2014-2020. Also, they will be given instructions about financing and implementation of the projects funded by the EU, secondary procurement, reporting, auditing, and monitoring in order to prepare themselves for the implementation of projects awarded within the 1st Call for Proposals.
