Joint Technical Secretariat, supported by the Serbian European Integration Office and Montenegrin Ministry for European Integration organised a two-day work-shop;
Preparation of project proposals for the Cross-border Programme Serbia – Montenegro in Novi Pazar, on 23 and 24 November 2010.
“The workshop was attended by more than 40 representatives of the Local municipalities, NGOs, Educational institutions, Developments agencies and other institutions from southwest of Serbia. The potential applicant had the opportunity to hear basic facts about the Cross-border Programme Serbia-Montenegro. They were doing exercises in groups, with instructions for making a logical framework matrix with an emphasis on how to complete Application Form. They also had to opportunity to hear about the rules for public procurement procedures, advises for financial management and good budget formulation, as well as rules for project monitoring and reporting. The next info workshop will be held in Andrijevica, Montenegro, on 09 and 10 December. We would like to thank to all participants of Novi Pazar workshop for the devotion and enthusiasm, good questions asked and suggestions given and wish great success in preparing project proposals for the upcoming second call for proposals which should be launched in the beginning of the next year.
