The robotic arm worth EUR 21,173.00 was purchased as part of the project “Business enabling environment for youth employment – BEYOND”, which is implementing in partnership of IPC Technopolis with the Regional Development Agency Zlatibor and the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro.
The robotic arm will be available to professors and students of secondary vocational schools from Nikšić, who will have the opportunity for the first time to practically apply the concepts learned about robotics.
The donation was preceded by a training for professors organized in the premises of IPC Technopolis, where they acquired basic knowledge and skills for controlling a robotic arm.
Within the project the Cross- border online mentorship platform (https://startupuspeh.com) is created as the tool for connecting cross-border mentors and individuals, start-ups and MSMEs from the programme area. Ten licensed mentors will work on the platform. This network will support more entrepreneurs in the region and enhance existing centres with new services.
