The two-day Implementation workshops for the awarded grant beneficiaries within the 3rd Call for Proposals were held in Kolašin (Montenegro) and in Zlatibor (Serbia)

Read more ...Joint Technical Secretariat of the Cross-border Programme Serbia-Montenegro, supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration and the Delegation of the European Union to Montenegro, organized the first two-day workshop in Kolašin on 09-10 November 2016. The workshop was attended by the awarded grant beneficiaries within the 3rd Call for Proposals from Montenegro and representatives of the Delegation of the European Union to Montenegro.

The second two-day Implementation workshop was organized by the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Programme and supported by the Government of the Republic of Serbia - European Integration Office in Zlatibor on 28-29 November 2016. Beside the representatives of the grant beneficiaries from the Republic of Serbia this workshop was attended by the representatives of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia and of the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Serbia.

At workshops, both in Montenegro and in Serbia, the grant beneficiaries had the opportunity to be informed about the legal framework for the implementation of the CBC projects under IPA programmes 2007-2013 and to get instructions about financing and implementation of the projects funded by the EU, secondary procurement, reporting, auditing, and monitoring in order to prepare themselves for the implementation of projects awarded within the 3rd Call for Proposals.Read more ...

We would like to thank to all grant beneficiaries participated the workshops for the devotion and enthusiasm, good questions asked and suggestions given. We also like to thank the representatives of the Delegations of European Union from both countries for the significant support, relevant explanations and good advices, provided during the workshops with aim to the success in implementing projects.

Under the Third Call for Proposals which was launched last year, 139 of project proposals were submitted and that represent significant interest of applicants to participate in the Programme. After the finalisation of the contracting process, grant contracts for 5 awarded projects are prepared and signed.Read more ...

In order to mark this occasion, Joint Technical Secretariat of the Programme, in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Montenegro as well as the European Integration Office of the Republic of Serbia were organised a Grant Award Ceremony for the beneficiaries whose projects have been awarded under the Third Call for Proposals within the Cross-border Programme Serbia – Montenegro.Grant Award Ceremony was held on November 18, 2016 in Hotel Ramada in Podgorica.  

Read more ...At the opening of the Grant Award Ceremony, the participants and the guests were addressed by H.EAleksandar Andija Pejović, State Secretary for European Integration and National IPA Coordinator, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Montenegro, H.EAivo Orav, Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Montenegro, and Ms. Sanda Šimić, Assistant Director – Department for Cross-Border and Transnational Cooperation Programmes, European Integration Office, Government of Serbia.

The second group of requests for clarification from applicants under the third Call for proposals for Cross-border program Serbia-Montenegro is processed and answers are approved by the Contracting Authority.

Please note that, according to the Guidelines for Applicants, the deadline for submission of requests for clarifications expired on April 1st 2016 and no further clarifications can be provided by the Contracting Authority.
